BROWNSEA

In 1976 the Boy Scouts of America adopted a program, "All Out For Scouting". A hallmark of that program was a junior leader training course called Brownsea II. It was named after the English Island the Lord Baden Powell did his original experiments to develop the Boy Scout Program. The site used for this program was far away from the main camp and only used for a few seasons. Pictured is the Wah-Tut-Ca Brownsea team; L to R. Dick Grinder, Harold Dow, Alexander Vervaert and the Camp Ranger, Blake Watson. |
