No matter what time of the year you visit Wah-Tut-Ca you are likely to be greeted by Tom Lothian, the ranger of Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation. Tom is a former Scoutmaster of Troop 55 in Billerica MA. He is also known by many Cubs as a member of the Greater Lowell Day Camp Program Staff.

Next to the rangers home is the Jack Clark maintenance center, a workshop used by the ranger and the property and maintenance committee to support the reservation
