The green arrowhead was the symbol of the generation that boldly moved from Camp Chadwick, Dunstable Massachusetts, to create a new camp 60 miles away. This is the generation that dared to dream and had the courage to act upon it. Their vision went beyond the needs of their own time. They knew that what they were doing was more important to the future than it was to themselves. |

Their spirit made camping at Wah-Tut-Ca an extraordinary experience that combined learning and adventure with the essential ingredient- fun. In the land “For Friends and Brothers”, this generation understood “Things Of The Spirit” and together they “Strengthened The Ties of Brotherhood” and “Built Upon The Fire”. |

The loon represents the present racing toward the future. It is the symbol of the generation who keeps the spirit alive. The Wah-Tut-Ca loon moves across the landscape, flying strongly across and out of the scene into real life. Like the times we live in, it is taking a dynamic flight. It changes with the times but is certain in its course- onward and upward. It is the symbol of all who come here and are living the adventure that is Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation. |
